(People), is your creation harder for God than that of the heavens, which He created, raised and established 27 He raised its height, and He has equally ordered it, 28 and covered its night with darkness and brought forth from it its day; 29 And after it spread out the earth. 30 and then brought from it its water and pastures. 31 and the mountains He set firm, 32 an enjoyment for you and your flocks. 33 Then when the Grand Calamity shall come 34 The Day when man shall remember (all) that he strove for, 35 And Hell made visible to him who can see, 36 Then as for him who waxed exorbitant, 37 And chose the life of the world, 38 most surely his abode shall be Hell. 39 But, whosoever feared the standing before his Lord and prevented the self from desires, 40 Then surely the garden-- that is the abode. 41 (Muhammad), they ask you, "When will the Hour of Doom come?" 42 About what! You are one to remind of it. 43 Unto thy Lord is the final end of it. 44 Your duty is only to warn him who fears it. 45 On the Day whereon they behold it, it will appear to them as though they had not tarried save an evening or the morn thereof. 46
