What, are you stronger in constitution or the heaven He built? 27 He raised its ceiling and proportioned it. 28 and darkened its night, and brought forth its forenoon; 29 and thereafter spread out the earth, 30 produced water and grass therefrom, 31 And the mountains He has fixed firmly; 32 [all this] as a means of livelihood for you and your animals. 33 But when there comes the greatest catastrophe (i.e. the Day of Recompense, etc.), 34 The day when man remembers all that he had done, 35 Hell fire will become visible for those who would see it. 36 Then, for him who Tagha (transgressed all bounds, in disbelief, oppression and evil deeds of disobedience to Allah). 37 And had preferred the life of this world, 38 that blazing fire will truly be the goal! 39 And as for him who fears to stand in the presence of his Lord and forbids the soul from low desires, 40 Paradise will be the dwelling. 41 They ask you, [O Muhammad], about the Hour: when is its arrival? 42 What concern do you have to speak about that? 43 To your Lord belongs (the knowledge of) the term thereof? 44 Thou art but a Warner for such as fear it. 45 On the day when they see it, it will seem to them as though they had only lived in the world for a morning and an afternoon. 46
