Al-Naze'aat 2 of 2
What, are you harder to create than the heaven which He has built? 27 He raised its height, and He has equally ordered it, 28 And He darkened its night and extracted its brightness. 29 And after it spread out the earth. 30 And produced therefrom the water thereof and the pasture thereof, 31 then set-up firmly the mountains. 32 A provision for you and for your cattle. 33 Then when the Grand Calamity shall come 34 on the Day when man will recall all his strivings, 35 and Hell will be brought in sight for anyone to see: 36 Then as for him who waxed exorbitant, 37 and prefers the life of this world, 38 Will surely have Hell for his abode. 39 But, whosoever feared the standing before his Lord and prevented the self from desires, 40 surely Paradise shall be the refuge. 41 They ask thee of the Hour: when will it come to port? 42 [But] how couldst thou tell anything about it, 43 The extent of its knowledge goes to your Lord. 44 Thou art but a warner unto him who feareth it. 45 On the Day when they behold it, [it will seem to them] as if they had tarried [in this world] no longer than one evening or [one night, ending with] its morn! 46

Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
