What, are you stronger in constitution or the heaven He built? 27 He raised its roof and made it proper. 28 And He darkened its night and extracted its brightness. 29 And after that He spread the earth. 30 therefrom brought forth its waters and its pastures, 31 And the mountains He has fixed firmly; 32 [all this] as a means of livelihood for you and your animals. 33 Then when the Grand Calamity shall come 34 The day on which man shall recollect what he strove after, 35 And Hell-Fire shall be placed in full view for (all) to see,- 36 anyone who has acted arrogantly 37 and preferred the life of this world [to the good of his soul,] 38 The Abode will be Hell-Fire; 39 And for such as had entertained the fear of standing before their Lord's (tribunal) and had restrained (their) soul from lower desires, 40 Then indeed Paradise only is his destination. 41 They will question you about the Hour: 'When shall it be' 42 What art thou about, to mention it? 43 This matter is in the hands of your Lord. 44 Thou art but a Warner for such as fear it. 45 On the Day whereon they behold it, it will appear to them as though they had not tarried save an evening or the morn thereof. 46
