The Rolling (Al-Takweer)
29 verses, revealed in Mecca after Thorns (Al-Masad) before The All High (Al-A'alaa)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
When the sun (with its spacious light) is folded up; 1 And when the stars shall fall; 2 And when the hills are moved, 3 And when milch camels roam abandoned. 4 and when all beasts are gathered together, 5 and when the seas are set on fire, 6 when the souls shall be rejoined (with their bodies), 7 when the buried female infant is asked 8 for what sin she was killed, 9 the records of deeds are made public, 10 the heavens are unveiled, 11 and Hell is stoked, 12 And when Paradise shall be brought near, 13 (Then) every person will know what he has brought (of good and evil). 14 So by oath of those that revolve. (The planets.) 15 The planets withdrawing into themselves, 16 And by the night when it departeth, 17 And by oath of the morning when it takes birth. 18 That this is indeed the word of an honoured Messenger, 19 [Who is] possessed of power and with the Owner of the Throne, secure [in position], 20 Obeyed and worthy there of trust. 21 Nor is your companion distracted. 22 He certainly saw him (Gabriel) high up on the horizon in his original form 23 And he (Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) withholds not a knowledge of the unseen. 24 Nor is it the word of an evil spirit accursed. 25 So whither do you stray? 26 It is not except a reminder to the worlds 27 For the one among you who wishes to become upright. 28 And what will you wish, except if Allah wills the Lord of the Creation. 29
God Almighty has spoken the truth.

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
