The Galaxies (Al-Burooj)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
By the heaven with its impregnable castles; 1 And by the Day promised, 2 And by the witness and that whereunto he beareth testimony, 3 Accursed be the People of the Ditch! 4 with fire abounding in fuel, 5 When they were sitting at its edge. 6 And they, to what they were doing against the believers, were witnesses. 7 They took revenge on them only because they believed in the All-mighty, the Al-laudable, 8 Whose is the kingdom of the heavens and the earth; and Allah is a Witness of all things. 9 Surely for those who persecute believers, men and women, and do not repent afterwards, is the punishment of Hell, and the punishment of burning. 10 [But,] verily, they who attain to faith and do righteous deeds shall [in the life to come] have gardens through which running waters flow - that triumph most great! 11 Indeed, the seizing of your Lord is severe. 12 It is He Who creates from the very beginning, and He can restore (life). 13 And He alone is truly-forgiving, all-embracing in His love, 14 Master of the Honourable Throne. 15 Doer of what He will. 16 Has it come to you the story of the hosts 17 Of Fir'aun (Pharaoh) and Thamud? 18 Nay! The disbelievers (persisted) in denying (Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him) and his Message of Islamic Monotheism). 19 But Allah doth encompass them from behind! 20 But this is an honored Qur'an 21 written on a preserved Tablet. 22
