The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
۞ Hallow thou the name of thine Lord, the Most High, 1 Who hath created and then proportioned, 2 And the One Who kept proper measure and then guided. 3 Who brings out the pastures 4 And then doth make it (but) swarthy stubble. 5 We shall make you recite and then you will not forget, 6 Except what Allah pleases, surely He knows the manifest, and what is hidden. 7 We shall ease you to the easy. 8 Therefore do remind, surely reminding does profit. 9 Soon whoever fears will heed advice. 10 But the wretched one will avoid it - 11 He who shall roast into the Great Fire, 12 in which he will neither die nor live therein. 13 He indeed shall be successful who purifies himself, 14 who remembers the name of his Lord and prays, shall indeed be successful. 15 But you prefer the present life, 16 Whereas the Hereafter is better and everlasting. 17 Verily! This is in the former Scriptures, 18 the revelations of Abraham and Moses. 19
