The Night (Al-Layl)
21 verses, revealed in Mecca after The All High (Al-A'alaa) before Dawn (Al-Fajr)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
By the night when it covers the day, 1 By the day when it appeareth in glory, 2 And [by] He who created the male and female, 3 you strive in various ways. 4 As for him who gives and is godfearing 5 and confirms the reward most fair, 6 Surely We will ease his way unto the state of ease. 7 As for him who was a miser and behaved with aversion (to Allah), 8 And gives the lie to Al-Husna (see Verse No: 6 footnote); 9 We shall surely ease him to the Hardship; 10 When he falls (into Hell), his wealth will not help him. 11 Indeed, [incumbent] upon Us is guidance. 12 and to Us belong the Next Life and the present. 13 and so I warn you of the raging fire 14 None shall enter it save the most wretched, 15 Who had denied and turned away. 16 The pious ones will be safe from this fire 17 even he who gives his wealth. to purify himself 18 And is under no one's obligation to return his favour, 19 Except as seeking (to fulfil) the purpose of his Lord Most High. 20 surely, he shall be satisfied. 21
True are the words of God the Almighty.

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
