Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful

۞ Did We not widen your bosom? 1 and lifted from thee the burden 2 the burden that weighed down thy back? 3 And raised high your fame? 4 But lo! with hardship goeth ease, 5 Indeed with hardship is ease. 6 So, when you are free, strive hard, 7 And to your Lord (Alone) turn (all your intentions and hopes and) your invocations. 8

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
