Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
۞ Have We not lifted up your heart, 1 And removed from you your burden, 2 that weighed so heavily on your back, and 3 And raised high the esteem (in which) thou (art held)? 4 So truly with hardship comes ease, 5 Verily along with every hardship is ease. 6 Hence, when thou art freed [from distress,] remain steadfast, 7 And to your Lord direct [your] longing. 8
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
