Al-Sharrhh
Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
۞ Have We not expanded for you your breast, 1 and removed your burden 2 Which weighed down thy back; 3 And raised high the esteem (in which) thou (art held)? 4 Indeed, hardship is followed by ease, 5 Verily, with the hardship, there is relief (i.e. there is one hardship with two reliefs, so one hardship cannot overcome two reliefs). 6 So when you are free, nominate. 7 And to your Lord (Alone) turn (all your intentions and hopes and) your invocations. 8
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
