The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
When the earth will be shaken with a mighty shaking, 1 And the earth throws out its burdens, 2 And man enquires: "What has come over it?" 3 On that day the earth will declare all (the activities of the human being) which have taken place on it, 4 Because your Lord has commanded it. 5 On that day men shall come forth in sundry bodies that they may be shown their works. 6 Whosoever has done even an atom's weight of good will behold it; 7 And whoso doeth ill an atom's weight will see it then. 8
