The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)
8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
When the earth is shaken with its (final) earthquake. 1 And when the earth throws out its burdens, 2 and man will cry out: “What is the matter with her?” 3 upon that day she shall tell her tidings 4 Because thy Lord inspireth her. 5 On that Day mankind shall issue in scatterings to see their deeds. 6 Whoever has done an atom's weight of good, will see it 7 and whosoever has done an atom's weight of evil shall see it. 8
True are the words of God the Almighty.
