The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)
8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
When the earth is shaken with its violent shaking, 1 And the earth throws out its burdens, 2 when man asks, "What is happening to her?"; 3 On that Day will she declare her tidings: 4 for that her Lord has inspired her. 5 That Day, the people will depart separated [into categories] to be shown [the result of] their deeds. 6 whoever has done the smallest particle of good will see it; 7 And whoever does an evil deed equal to the weight of the minutest particle, will see it. 8
True are the words of God the Almighty.
