The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

When the earth is shaken with its violent shaking, 1 and when the earth brings forth its burdens 2 And man will say: "What is the matter with it?" 3 on that Day will she recount all her tidings, 4 having been inspired by your Lord. 5 On that Day will all men come forward, cut off from one another, to be shown their [past] deeds. 6 Whosoever has done even an atom's weight of good will behold it; 7 And he who has done an atom's weight of evil shall see it. 8

God the Almighty always says the truth.
