The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful

I swear by the runners breathing pantingly, 1 And the producers of sparks [when] striking 2 And push home the charge in the morning, 3 Then thereby raise dust, 4 which engulfs the enemy. 5 Indeed mankind, to his Lord, is ungrateful. 6 and surely he is a witness against that! 7 And violent is he in his love of wealth. 8 ۞ But does he not know that when the contents of the graves are scattered 9 And the hearts' contents shall be brought into the open? 10 Verily their Lord on that Day will be of them Aware. 11

True are the words of God the Almighty.
