The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate

By (the horses) that charge snorting, 1 by the strikers of fire, 2 And scouring to the raid at dawn, 3 blazing a trail of dust, 4 and penetrate deep into a host. 5 Indeed, the human is ungrateful to his Lord. 6 And indeed, he is to that a witness. 7 and surely he loves riches with a passionate loving. 8 ۞ But does he not know that when the contents of the graves are scattered 9 and all that is in the hearts is made public, 10 surely on that day their Lord shall be aware of them! 11

God the Almighty always says the truth.
