The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

The Calamity! 1 How awesome the sudden calamity! 2 Would that you knew what the Clatterer is! 3 (It is) a Day whereon men will be like moths scattered about, 4 and mountains will be like carded wool. 5 Then as for him whose balance (of good deeds) will be heavy, 6 Will have a tranquil life; 7 And for one whose scales prove light, 8 Will have the Abyss for abode. 9 What will convey to you what this is like? 10 A flaming fire! 11

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
