The Backbiter (Al-Hummazah)

9 verses, revealed in Mecca after Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah) before Dispatched (Al-Mursalaat)

In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate

Woe to every slanderer, defamer, 1 who amasses wealth, counting it over, 2 He bethinketh that his wealth shall abide for him. 3 By no means! He shall surely be cast into the crushing torment. 4 and what shall teach thee what is the Crusher; 5 The Fire of God kindled 6 Which leapeth up over the hearts (of men). 7 Lo! it is closed in on them 8 in columns outstretched. 9

Almighty God's Truth.
