Are ye harder to create or the heaven which He hath builded? 27 Raised it high, proportioned it, 28 And He made its night dark, and started its light. 29 And after that, the earth: wide has He spread its expanse, 30 He brought forth from it its water and its pasturage. 31 and making the mountains firm: 32 All this was done as a means of enjoyment for you and your cattle. 33 When the great over-whelming event arrives, 34 on the Day when man will recall all his strivings, 35 And hell will be made visible to all those who can see. 36 So for one who rebelled, 37 and preferred the life of this world, 38 that blazing fire will truly be the goal! 39 But unto him who shall have stood in fear of his Sustainer's Presence, and held back his inner self from base desires, 40 paradise will truly be the goal! 41 They (the disbelievers) ask you regarding the Last Day, as to when is its appointed time. 42 You have no knowledge to say anything about it, 43 With thy Lord is the Limit fixed therefore. 44 You are but a warner for those who fear it. 45 The day they see it, it will seem they had stayed in the world but only an evening or its turning into dawn. 46
