Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful

Did you see him who gives the lie to the Reward and Punishment of the Hereafter? 1 Behold, it is this [kind of man] that thrusts the orphan away, 2 and never encourages the feeding of the destitute. 3 So woe to the worshippers 4 [But] who are heedless of their prayer - 5 those who want only to be seen and praised, 6 And withhold [simple] assistance. 7

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
