Charity (Al-Maa'oon)
7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
Have you seen he who belied the Recompense? 1 That is he who repulses the orphan (harshly), 2 and urges not the feeding of the needy. 3 Woe, then, unto those praying ones 4 Who are heedless of their prayer; 5 those who do good (in order) to be seen, 6 And do not let others ask for small utilities. 7
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
