And those who disbelieve say, "When we have become dust as well as our forefathers, will we indeed be brought out [of the graves]? 67 We were promised this before, and so were our fathers. It is but the fictitious story of the ancients' 68 Say: Travel in the earth, then see how was the end of the guilty. 69 (Muhammad), do not be grieved (about their disbelief) nor distressed about their evil plans against you. 70 And they say: When (will) this promise (be fulfilled), if ye are truthful? 71 Say: "The chastisement whose hastening you have been asking for, maybe a part of it has drawn quite near to you." 72 Verily your Lord is gracious to men, though most men are ungrateful. 73 Surely, your Lord knows what they hide in their hearts and what they reveal. 74 And there is nothing hidden in the heaven or the earth but it is in a clear Record. 75 Lo! this Qur'an narrateth unto the Children of Israel most of that concerning which they differ. 76 and, verily, it is a guidance and a grace unto all who believe [in it]. 77 Verily, [O believer,] thy Sustainer will judge between them in His wisdom - for He alone is almighty, all-knowing. 78 So put thy trust in Allah: for thou art on (the path of) manifest Truth. 79 You cannot make the dead hear, nor can you make the deaf hear your call, when they turn their backs on it, 80 nor can you guide the blind out of their error. You can make only those hear you who believe in Our revelations and surrender themselves to Us. 81 ۞ Now, [as for the deaf and blind of heart -] when the word [of truth] stands revealed against them, We shall bring forth unto them out of the earth a creature, which will tell them that mankind had no real faith in Our messages. 82
