Daybreak (Al-Falaq)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Elephant (Al-Feel) before People (Al-Naas)

In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful

Say: I seek refuge with the Lord of the Dawn 1 "from the evil of aught that He has created, 2 "And from the evil of the darkening (night) as it comes with its darkness; (or the moon as it sets or goes away). 3 from the evil of the women who blow on knots; 4 "And from the evil of the envier when he envies." 5

Almighty Allah's Truth.
