Al-Baqarah 5 of 40

O children of Israel! Just recall to mind My favour wherewith I blessed you fulfil your covenant with Me and I shall fulfil My covenant with you, and fear Me alone. 40 And believe in that which I have sent down confirming that which is with you, and be not the first to disbelieve therein, and barter not My revelations for a small price, and Me alone shall ye fear. 41 Do not mix truth with falsehood and do not deliberately hide the truth 42 And keep up prayer and pay the poor-rate and bow down with those who bow down. 43 ۞ Enjoin ye righteousness upon mankind while ye yourselves forget (to practise it)? And ye are readers of the Scripture! Have ye then no sense? 44 Help yourselves (in your affairs) with patience and prayer. It is a difficult task indeed, but not for the humble ones 45 who reckon that they shall meet their Lord and that unto Him they are returning. 46
