Al-Ankaboot 7 of 7
The life of this world is nothing but a diversion and play. Indeed, the Everlasting Residence is the Eternal Life, if they but knew. 64 When they embark upon ships, they call to Allah making their religion sincerely His; but when He brings them safe to the land, they associate others with Him 65 showing ingratitude for what We have given them and take their enjoyment; soon they shall know! 66 Have they not seen that We have made (Makkah) a sanctuary secure, and that men are being snatched away from all around them? Then do they believe in Batil (falsehood - polytheism, idols and all deities other than Allah), and deny (become ingrate for) the Graces of Allah? 67 Who does greater wrong than he who invents a lie about God or rejects the truth when it comes to him? Is Hell not the home for those who deny the truth. 68 And those who strove in Our way – We shall surely show them Our paths; and indeed Allah is with the virtuous. 69
God the Almighty always says the truth.
