And man (the disbeliever) says: "When I am dead, shall I then be raised up alive?" 66 Doth not man remember that We created him before, when he was naught? 67 By your Lord, We will gather them and the satans, and We shall parade them hobbling on their knees in Gehenna: 68 Then We shall pluck forth from every party whichever of them was the most hardened in disdain of the All-merciful; 69 And certainly We know best those who are most worthy of being burned therein. 70 It is the inevitable decree of your Lord that every one of you will be taken to hell. 71 And once again: We shall save [from hell] those who have been conscious of Us; but We shall leave in it the evildoers, on their knees. 72 And when Our verses are recited to them as clear evidences, those who disbelieve say to those who believe, "Which of [our] two parties is best in position and best in association?" 73 And yet, how many a generation have We destroyed before their time - [people] who surpassed them in material power and in outward show! 74 Say: "If any men go astray, (Allah) Most Gracious extends (the rope) to them, until, when they see the warning of Allah (being fulfilled) - either in punishment or in (the approach of) the Hour,- they will at length realise who is worst in position, and (who) weakest in forces! 75 And Allah increaseth in guidance those who let themselves be guided, and the righteous works that last are excellent with thy Lord in respect of reward and excellent in respect of return. 76 Then, have you seen he who disbelieved in Our verses and said, "I will surely be given wealth and children [in the next life]?" 77 What, has he observed the Unseen, or taken a covenant with the All-merciful? 78 By no means! We shall write down all what he says; and We shall greatly prolong his chastisement, 79 And We shall inherit from him that whereof he spake, and he shall come to us alone. 80 They have taken other gods apart from God that they might be a strength to them. 81 By no means! They shall soon deny their worship and shall become their adversaries instead. 82
