And, indeed We gave Our Grace to Musa (Moses) and Harun (Aaron). 114 and We saved them and their people from the awesome calamity [of bondage,] 115 and We helped them, so that they were victorious; 116 We gave them the explicit Book, 117 and guided them the straight way, 118 And We left for the twain among the posterity: 119 "Peace be upon Moses and Aaron!" 120 Lo! thus do We reward the good. 121 they were among Our believing servants. 122 And Elias (El Yaseen) was among the Messengers. 123 when he said to his people, 'Will you not be godfearing? 124 Would you call on Baal and leave the best of creators, 125 who is your Lord and the Lord of your forefathers?" 126 But they rejected him, and they will certainly be called up (for punishment),- 127 except for God's sincere servants; 128 We preserved a good name for him among posterity. 129 Peace be on Elias. 130 This is how We reward the virtuous. 131 Verily he was one of Our bondmen believing. 132 So also was Lut among those sent (by Us). 133 [and so,] when [We decreed the doom of his sinful town,] We saved him and his household, 134 except for an old woman who stayed behind, 135 Then We totally destroyed the others. 136 You pass by their ruins morning 137 And by night: will ye not understand? 138
