Have you not seen how We send down to the unbelievers satans who prick them? 83 So hasten thou not against them; We are only counting against them a counting. 84 The Day We shall gather the Muttaqun (pious - see V. 2:2) unto the Most Beneficent (Allah), like a delegate (presented before a king for honour). 85 And shall drive the culprits to Hell as a herd. 86 None will have power to intercede for them except one who obtains a promise from Ar-Rahman. 87 They have said that the Beneficent God has given birth to a son. 88 This is certainly a monstrous lie! 89 whereat the heavens might well-nigh be rent into fragments, and the earth be split asunder, and the mountains fall down in ruins! 90 That ye ascribe unto the Beneficent a son, 91 The Beneficent God is too Exalted to have a son. 92 There is no one in the heavens and the earth but he shall come to the Most Compassionate Lord as His servant. 93 He has counted and enumerated them one by one. 94 And all of them are coming to Him on the Day of Resurrection alone. 95 Indeed, those who have believed and done righteous deeds - the Most Merciful will appoint for them affection. 96 So We have only made it easy in your tongue that you may give good news thereby to those who guard (against evil) and warn thereby a vehemently contentious people. 97 And how many a generation have We destroyed before them! Perceivest thou of them anyone or hear of them a whisper? 98
