The Rolling (Al-Takweer)
29 verses, revealed in Mecca after Thorns (Al-Masad) before The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
When the sun is wound up; 1 The stars turn dim and scatter, 2 and the mountains have been taken, 3 And when the pregnant she-camels shall be neglected; 4 The wild beasts stampede on the run, 5 the oceans are brought to a boil, 6 And when souls are united, 7 when the buried infant shall be asked 8 For what crime she was put to death; 9 When the ledgers are laid open, 10 when heaven shall be stripped off; 11 when Hell shall be set blazing, 12 when Paradise is brought near, 13 Every soul will then come know what it has brought. 14 Rather, I swear by the returning 15 And by the planets that move swiftly and hide themselves, 16 and the night as it darkly falls, 17 And by the dawn when it breathes 18 Most surely it is the Word of an honored messenger, 19 The mighty, the honoured in the presence of the Lord of the Throne. 20 The one who is obeyed, and trustworthy. (Other angels obey angel Jibreel). 21 (O people of Makkah), your companion is not mad; 22 Surely he beheld Him on the clear horizon. 23 He is not chary of making public what is unknown. 24 And the Qur’an is not the recitation of Satan the outcast. 25 Then where are you going? 26 Verily this is no less than a Message to (all) the Worlds: 27 So let those who want, choose the right guidance 28 but your wishing will not avail unless Allah, the Lord of the Universe, so wishes. 29
God the Almighty always says the truth.

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
