The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ Glorify the name of your Lord, the Most High, 1 who has created and shaped, 2 Who measureth, then guideth; 3 And who brings out the pasture 4 And [then] makes it black stubble. 5 We shall teach you (the Quran) and you will not forget it 6 Except as Allah wills: For He knoweth what is manifest and what is hidden. 7 And We shall create the means of ease for you. 8 Therefore do remind, surely reminding does profit. 9 Those who fear will understand. 10 And the wretched shunneth it. 11 He who will be flung to the great Fire 12 In which he will neither die nor live. 13 Indeed whosoever purifies himself (by avoiding polytheism and accepting Islamic Monotheism) shall achieve success, 14 and remembers the Name of his Lord, so he prays. 15 But you prefer the worldly life, 16 but the Everlasting Life is better, and more enduring. 17 And this is in the Books of the earliest (Revelation),- 18 the Scrolls of Abraham and Moses. 19
