And We have built the heaven with hands (the Divine Power), and it is We Who give the expanse. 47 And We have spread out the earth, how Excellent Spreader (thereof) are We! 48 And of everything We have created pairs that you may be mindful. 49 So turn to God. I give you a clear warning from Him. 50 And do not ascribe divinity to aught side by side with God: verily, I am a plain warner to you from Him!" 51 Likewise, there came no messenger to those before them, but they said, "He is a sorcerer or a madman." 52 What, have they bequeathed it one to another? Nay, but they are an insolent people. 53 So leave them, [O Muhammad], for you are not to be blamed. 54 But remind, the Reminder will benefit the believers. 55 I created the jinn and humans for nothing else but that they may serve Me; 56 I do not desire provision from them, nor do I desire that they should feed Me. 57 Surely God is the All-provider, the Possessor of Strength, the Ever-Sure. 58 And verily, for those who do wrong, there is a portion of torment like to the evil portion of torment (which came for) their likes (of old), so let them not ask Me to hasten on! 59 Woe, then, betide those who disbelieved in that Day of theirs which they are being asked to hold in dread. 60
