The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace

Al-Qari'ah (the striking Hour i.e. the Day of Resurrection), 1 What is the Striking Calamity? 2 And what will make you know what the striking (Hour) is? 3 On that Day people shall become like scattered moths 4 And the mountains shall be as loosened wool. 5 Then he whose deeds weigh heavy in the Scale 6 He will be in a pleasant life. 7 But as for him whose deeds are light on the scales, 8 shall be engulfed by an abyss. 9 What will convey to you what this is like? 10 A fire hotly burning! 11
