28 verses, revealed in Mecca after A 'araaf (Al-A 'araaf) before Y S (Yaa Seen)
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful
۞ Say thou: it hath been revealed unto me that a company of the jinn listened, and said, verily we have listened to a Recitation wondrous. 1 guiding towards consciousness of what is right; and so we have come to believe in it. And we shall never ascribe divinity to anyone beside our Sustainer, 2 'And exalted be the Majesty of our Lord, He has taken neither a wife, nor a son (or offspring or children). 3 The ignorant fool among us has spoken outrageously against Allah, 4 'And verily, we thought that men and jinns would not utter a lie against Allah. 5 And there were men from mankind who sought refuge in men from the jinn, so they [only] increased them in burden. 6 so much so that they came to think, as you [once] thought, that God would never [again] send forth anyone [as His apostle]. 7 We sought to pry into the secrets of the heavens, but found it full of fierce guards and shooting flames. 8 And we used to sit therein in positions for hearing, but whoever listens now will find a burning flame lying in wait for him. 9 and that “we do not know whether evil is intended for those on the earth, or whether their Lord intends to direct them to the Right Way”; 10 And among us are the righteous, and among us are [others] not so; we were [of] divided ways. 11 And we have become certain that we will never cause failure to Allah upon earth, nor can we escape Him by flight. 12 'And indeed when we heard the Guidance (this Quran), we believed therein (Islamic Monotheism), and whosoever believes in his Lord shall have no fear, either of a decrease in the reward of his good deeds or an increase in punishment for his sins. 13 'And of us some are Muslims (who have submitted to Allah, after listening to this Quran), and of us some are Al-Qasitun (disbelievers those who have deviated from the Right Path)'. And whosoever has embraced Islam (i.e. has become a Muslim by submitting to Allah), then such have sought the Right Path." 14 And as to the deviators, they are fuel of hell: 15 [KNOW,] THEN, that if they [who have heard Our call] keep firmly to the [right] path, We shall certainly shower them with blessings abundant, 16 so that We may test them by it -- whoever turns away from the remembrance of his Lord shall be sternly punished. 17 And [He revealed] that the masjids are for Allah, so do not invoke with Allah anyone. 18 When the devotee of God stood up to invoke Him (the jinns) crowded upon him (to listen). 19

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
