Are you the harder to create or the heaven? He made it. 27 Raised it high, proportioned it, 28 Gave darkness to its night, and brightness to its day; 29 And after that He spread the earth. 30 He extracted from it its water and its pasture, 31 And the mountains, He made them firm, 32 A provision for you and for your cattle. 33 But when the Great Catastrophe comes, 34 the human being will recall whatever he has done. 35 And the Scorch will be made apparent to any one who beholdeth. 36 then as for whosoever was insolent 37 And prefers the life of this world, 38 Verily, his abode will be Hell-fire; 39 But unto him who shall have stood in fear of his Sustainer's Presence, and held back his inner self from base desires, 40 Will surely have Paradise for abode. 41 THEY WILL ASK thee [O Prophet] about the Last Hour: "When will it come to pass?" 42 What concern do you have regarding its explanation? (You are not bound to tell them) 43 Towards your Lord only is its conclusion. 44 You are but a Herald of Warning, for one who fears it. 45 On the Day when they see it, they will feel as if they had tarried in this world for only one evening or one morning. 46
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
