We also bestowed Our favour on Moses and Aaron: 114 And We saved them and their people from the great affliction, 115 and succoured them, so that [in the end] it was they who achieved victory. 116 And We gave them the clear Scripture 117 and guided them to the straight path; 118 And left (their remembrance) for posterity. 119 Salamun (peace) be upon Musa (Moses) and Harun (Aaron)!" 120 Thus do We reward the doers of good 121 For they were two of our believing Servants. 122 And verily, Iliyas (Elias) was one of the Messengers. 123 He told his people, "Why do you not have fear of God? 124 Will ye cry unto Baal and forsake the Best of creators, 125 Allah, your Lord and Lord of your forefathers? 126 They denied him, and will surely be brought to punishment, 127 Except the chosen creatures of God. 128 And We left his (memory) for posterity. 129 "Peace be on Elijah and his people!" 130 In this way do We reward the righteous ones. 131 Surely he was one of Our believing servants. 132 Lot, too, was among the Messengers. 133 Recall what time We delivered him and his household, all. 134 Except an old woman (his wife) who was among those who remained behind. 135 and We destroyed the rest. 136 and you pass by them in the morning 137 and at night.
