Seest thou not that it is Allah Whose praises all beings in the heavens and on earth do celebrate, and the birds (of the air) with wings outspread? Each one knows its own (mode of) prayer and praise. And Allah knows well all that they do. 41 To Allah belongs the Kingdom of the heavens and the earth. To Him is the arrival. 42 See you not that Allah drives the clouds gently, then joins them together, then makes them into a heap of layers, and you see the rain comes forth from between them. And He sends down from the sky hail (like) mountains, (or there are in the heaven mountains of hail from where He sends down hail), and strike therewith whom He will, and averts it from whom He wills. The vivid flash of its (clouds) lightning nearly blinds the sight. God creates what He will: for, verily, God has the power to will anything. 45 Certainly We have revealed clear communications, and Allah guides whom He pleases to the right way. 46 And they say: we have believed in Allah and in the apostle and we have obeyed; then there backslide a party of them thereafter: and these are not believers. 47 When they are called to God and His Messenger that he may judge between them, lo, a party of them are swerving aside; 48 But if the right is theirs, they come to him in prompt obedience. 49 Is there a disease in their hearts?
