The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
۞ Glorify the name of your Lord, the Most High, 1 who creates [every thing,] and thereupon forms it in accordance with what it is meant to be, 2 And who destined and [then] guided 3 It is He who has caused the grass to grow, 4 Then maketh it to stubble dusky. 5 We shall teach you (the Quran) and you will not forget it 6 Except what Allah should will. Indeed, He knows what is declared and what is hidden. 7 We shall ease you to follow the way of Ease. 8 Therefore remind (men) in case the reminder profits (them). 9 The admonition will be received by those who fear (Allah): 10 But the wretched one will avoid it - 11 Who will enter the great Fire and made to taste its burning, 12 Then he will neither die in it, nor live. 13 Lasting happiness will be for those who purify themselves, 14 and remembers his Sustainer's name, and prays [unto Him]. 15 But rather you prefer the life of this world! 16 Although the Hereafter is better and more lasting. 17 This is what is written in the ancient heavenly Books, 18 the revelations of Abraham and Moses. 19
God the Almighty always says the truth.
