▼ 55 The All Compassionate
Al-Rahman 2 of 3
All that lives on earth or in the heavens is bound to pass away: 26 only the Person of your Lord, full of majesty and splendour, will endure. 27 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 28 All those who are in the heavens and the earth seek only from Him; every day is an enterprise for Him. 29 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 30 Disposing all works quickly We tend towards your account, O you two large groups! 31 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny? 32 O assembly of jinns and men! If you have power to pass beyond the zones of the heavens and the earth, then pass (them)! But you will never be able to pass them, except with authority (from Allah)! 33 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 34 There will be sent against you both, smokeless flames of fire and (molten) brass, and you will not be able to defend yourselves. 35 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 36 And when heaven is split asunder, and turns crimson like red leather -- 37 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 38 So on that Day no question will be asked of man or jinn as to his sin, (because they have already been known from their faces either white or black). 39 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 40 The guilty shall be recognized by their marks so they shall be seized by their forelocks and their feet. 41 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 42 This is Hell, which the criminals deny. 43 they shall go round between it, and between a hot, boiling water. 44 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? 45

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
