۞ Allah is He Who shaped you out of weakness, then appointed after weakness strength, then, after strength, appointed weakness and grey hair. He createth what He will. He is the Knower, the Mighty. 54 Upon the Day when the Hour has come, the harmdoers will swear that they had stayed no more than an hour. As such they are deceived. 55 And those who have been vouchsafed knowledge and belief will say: assuredly ye have tarried according to the decree of Allah until the Day of Upraising; so this is the Day of Upraising, but ye were wont not to know. 56 In that day their excuses will not profit those who did injustice, nor will they be allowed to make amends. 57 verily We have propounded for men, in this Qur'an every kind of Parable: But if thou bring to them any Sign, the Unbelievers are sure to say, "Ye do nothing but talk vanities." 58 Thus does Allah seal the hearts of those who have no knowledge. 59 Therefore be patient; surely the promise of Allah is true and let not those who have no certainty hold you in light estimation. 60
