Do you not realize that We have sent Satan to incite the unbelievers to sin. 83 So make no haste against them, for We but count out to them a (limited) number (of days). 84 On the Day We will gather the righteous to the Most Merciful as a delegation 85 and the criminals will be driven and thrown into hell, 86 [on that Day] none will have [the benefit of] intercession unless he has [in his lifetime] entered into a bond with the Most Gracious. 87 And they say: The Beneficent hath taken unto Himself a son. 88 Assuredly, you have uttered a monstrous falsehood: 89 The heavens almost rupture therefrom and the earth splits open and the mountains collapse in devastation 90 That they should ascribe unto the Compassionate a son. 91 It does not become the majesty of the Compassionate God to take to Himself a son: 92 there is none in the heavens or on the earth but shall return to the Merciful in utter submission, 93 Certainly He has a comprehensive knowledge of them and He has numbered them a (comprehensive) numbering. 94 And each of them is to come to Him on the Day of Judgment alone. 95 Verily those who believe and do righteous works - anon the Compassionate shall appoint for them affection. 96 So, [O Muhammad], We have only made Qur'an easy in the Arabic language that you may give good tidings thereby to the righteous and warn thereby a hostile people. 97 But how many (countless) generations before them have We destroyed? Canst thou find a single one of them (now) or hear (so much as) a whisper of them? 98
