Hast thou considered him who turns his back 33 And gave little, and then stopped? 34 Does he possess the knowledge of the unseen, thus, he sees (all things)? 35 Has he not heard what is contained in the Book of Moses, 36 And [of] Abraham, who fulfilled [his obligations] - 37 That no bearer of burdens will bear the burden of another 38 And that man hath only that for which he maketh effort, 39 That (the fruit of) his striving will soon come in sight: 40 Thereafter he shall be recompensed therefor with the fullest recompense. 41 and that the final return is to your Lord, 42 that it is He who brings laughter and tears; 43 And that it is He (Allah) Who causes death and gives life; 44 and He it is Who created the two kinds, the male and the female, 45 From Nutfah (drops of semen male and female discharges) when it is emitted; 46 And that He hath ordained the second bringing forth; 47 and that it is He who gives wealth and riches, 48 and that it is He alone who sustains the brightest star; 49 That it was He who destroyed the 'Ad of old, 50 and Thamood, and He did not spare them, 51 as well as the people of Noah before them - [since,] verily, they all had been most willful in their evildoing and most overweening 52 And He destroyed the Overthrown Cities (of Sodom and Gomorrah). 53 So that (ruins unknown) have covered them up. 54 About which, then, of thy Sustainer's powers canst thou [still] remain in doubt? 55 This (Muhammad SAW) is a warner (Messenger) of the (series of) warners (Messengers) of old. 56 The Hour that was to come draws ever nearer. 57 Of it, [from those] besides Allah, there is no remover. 58 Do you, perchance, find this tiding strange? 59 And you laugh at it and weep not, 60 While you are indulging in varieties. 61 Rather, prostrate to Allah and worship Him. ۩ 62
