I swear by all that you can see, 38 and by what you do not see, 39 Behold, this [Qur'an] is indeed the [inspired] word of a noble apostle, 40 It is not the word of a poet, little is that you believe! 41 Nor the word of a soothsayer; little do you remember. 42 It is a revelation sent down by the Sustainer of the Universe: 43 Had he invented against Us any sayings, 44 We assuredly had taken him by the right hand 45 Then We would have cut from him the aorta. 46 not one of you could have prevented it from him. 47 Surely it is a Reminder to the godfearing; 48 We know very well that there are some among you who reject Our signs -- 49 it will be a source of bitter regret for those who deny the truth -- 50 for, verily, it is truth absolute! 51 (Muhammad), glorify the name of your Lord, the Great One. 52
