The tree of al-Zaqqum 43 Is food for the sinful. 44 Like the dregs of all! It shall seethe in the bellies: 45 As does boiling water. 46 "Seize him and drag him into the depths of Hell," (it will be said), 47 Then pour unto their heads the boiling water to torment them". 48 "Taste you (this)! Verily, you were (pretending to be) the mighty, the generous! 49 This is that which you doubted' 50 Surely those who guard (against evil) are in a secure place, 51 amid gardens and springs, 52 They shall wear of fine and thick silk, (sitting) face to face; 53 Thus shall it be: and We shall espouse them to fair, wide-eyed maidens. 54 They will call therein for every kind of fruit in security. 55 There they shall not taste death, except the first death, and He will shield them from the punishment of Hell, 56 A bounty from thy Lord. That is the supreme triumph. 57 Now We have made it easy by thy tongue, that haply they may remember. 58 Wait thou then; verily they also are waiting. 59
