۞ And We sent the divine revelation to Moosa that, “Journey along with My bondmen within the night, for you will be pursued.” 52 Then Fir'awn sent unto the cities callers: 53 'These' they said, 'are a small band, 54 and they have enraged us, 55 we are a large and watchful force." 56 We deprived them (the unbelievers) of gardens, springs, 57 And treasures and agreeable mansions. 58 Even so. And We caused the Children of Isra'il to inherit them. 59 So they pursued them at sunrise. 60 And when the two hosts saw each other, the companions of Musa (Moses) said: "We are sure to be overtaken." 61 (Moses) said: "By no means! my Lord is with me! Soon will He guide me!" 62 We commanded Moses: "Smite the sea with your staff." And it parted, and every parting was like a lofty mountain. 63 And there We brought the others on, 64 and We saved Moses and those who were with him together, 65 then We drowned the others. 66 Surely there is a Sign in this, but most of them would not believe. 67 Verily your Lord is Immensely Mighty, Ever Compassionate. 68
