Al-Duhaa

The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Dawn (Al-Fajr) before Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate

By oath of the late morning, 1 And the night when it covers with darkness. 2 Thy Lord has neither forsaken thee nor hates thee 3 The Last shall be better for you than the First. 4 And soon will your Lord give you so that you shall be well pleased. 5 Did He not find you orphaned and shelter you? 6 And He found you lost and guided [you], 7 And He found thee in need, and made thee independent. 8 Therefore do not oppress the orphan. 9 And as for the petitioner, do not repel [him]. 10 and proclaim the bounty of your Lord. 11

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
