Say thou: I am but warner, and there is no god but Allah, the One, the Subduer. 65 Lord of the heavens and earth and everything between them, the Almighty, the Most Forgiving." 66 Say: It is a message of importance, 67 Ye are therefrom averting. 68 I had no knowledge of the exalted assembly [of angels] when they were disputing [the creation of Adam]. 69 Naught is revealed unto me except that I am a warner manifest. 70 When your Lord told the angels, "I will create a mortal out of clay, 71 after I have shaped him and breathed of My spirit (I created) into him, fall down prostrate before him' 72 So all the angels prostrated themselves 73 Except Iblis. He was filled with pride and turned an unbeliever. 74 Said He: "O Iblis! What has kept thee from prostrating thyself before that [being] which I have created with My hands? Art thou too proud [to bow down before another created being,] or art thou of those who think [only] of themselves as high?" 75 He said: I am better than him. Thou createdst me of fire, whilst him Thou didst create of clay. 76 Allah said: get thee forth therefrom; verily thou art driven away. 77 My condemnation will be with you until the Day of Judgment!" 78 (Iblis) said: "O my Lord! Give me then respite till the Day the (dead) are raised." 79 (God) said: "You have the respite 80 till the Day whose Hour I know.” 81 He said: Then, by Thy might, I surely will beguile them every one, 82 "Except Thy Servants amongst them, sincere and purified (by Thy Grace)." 83 (Allah) said: "The Truth is, and the Truth I say, 84 That I shall fill Hell with thee and such of them as shall follow thee, all together. 85 Say (O Muhammad SAW): "No wage do I ask of you for this (the Quran), nor am I one of the Mutakallifun (those who pretend and fabricate things which do not exist). 86 This is nothing but an Admonition for all people the world over. 87 You will certainly know its truthfulness after a certain time. 88
