▼ 56 The Inevitable
Al-Waaqe'ah 3 of 3
۞ NAY, I call to witness the coming-down in parts [of this Qur'an] 75 And lo! that verily is a tremendous oath, if ye but knew - 76 That it is a Recitation honourable. 77 in a Book protected (from tampering) 78 None touch it except the purified. 79 A Revelation (this Quran) from the Lord of the 'Alamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists). 80 Then why do you dissimulate this Revelation? 81 And have ye made it your livelihood that ye should declare it false? 82 Then why, when the soul at death reaches the throat 83 right before your very eyes? 84 and while We are closer to him than you, although you see [Us] not: 85 why, then, if you are not subject to Our command, 86 Can you not bring him back? (Answer) if you are truthful 87 Thus if he is of those brought nigh, 88 Then is relief, and flowers – and Gardens of peace. 89 and if he is of those who are on the Right, 90 There will be the salutation by those of the right hand: "Peace on you. 91 And if he be of the beliers, the erring, 92 there shall be a hospitality of boiling water, 93 And a hurling into the blazing fire. 94 Most surely this is a certain truth. 95 So glorify the name of your Lord, the Great One. 96
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
