Destiny (Al-Qadr)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after He Frowned ('Abasa) before The Sun (Al-Shams)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

Behold, We revealed this (Qur'an) on the Night of Power. 1 And what will make you know what the night of Al-Qadr (Decree) is? 2 (Worship) on the Night of Destiny is better than (worship) for a thousand months. 3 The angels along with the Spirit descend in it by the permission of their Lord with all kinds of decrees. 4 (The night is) Peace until the rising of the dawn. 5

God the Almighty always says the truth.
