See you not those who dispute about the Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) of Allah? How are they turning away (from the truth, i.e. Islamic Monotheism to the falsehood of polytheism)? 69 Those who cry lies to the Book and that wherewith We sent Our Messengers -- soon they will know! 70 When, with (iron) collars and chains around their necks, they will be dragged 71 Into boiling water, then in the fire shall they be burned; 72 It will then be said to them, “Where are the partners you used to appoint?” – 73 side by side with God?" They will answer: "They have forsaken us - or, rather, what we were wont to invoke aforetime did not exist at all!" And they will be told:] "It is thus that God lets the deniers of the truth go astray: 74 (They will be told): “This is because while you were on earth you took delight in untruth and exulted in it. 75 “Enter the gates of hell, to remain in it forever”; so what a wretched destination for the haughty! 76 So be thou patient; surely God's promise is true. Whether We show thee a part of that We promise them, or We call thee unto Us, to Us they shall be returned. 77 Assuredly We have sent apostles before thee, of them are these whose story We have recounted unto thee and these whose story We have not recounted unto thee. And it was not possible for any apostle that he should bring a sign save by Allah's leave. So when the commade of Allah cometh, judgment will be given with truth, and then will lose the followers of falsehood. 78
